Anyway... no one was available to cut it except a very very nice young man that was willing to do it if I was willing to let him (after waiting 10 minutes, I would have let almost anyone cut it). Ended up, I cut it and he ran the pricing gun so we could get it finished up. While I was there, 3 other people came up and wanted fabric cut too. Well....being the shy person that I'm known to be, I cut their fabric also. The poor kid was so grateful for the help and the others laughed when they found out I didn't work there. I'm crossing my fingers our other local wallys get the fabric back since we're in a rural area. |
Jo-Anns quality is good and they do have knits. I don't think I have seen knits at Wal-mart.Hugs to You, nannybaggs

Unfortunately, Jo-Anns also has really smelly stuff. I don't cope with artificial perfumes and their stores reek.

Thank you. Hugs back.

It does seem to me that the fabric is not as good. But sometimes it just doesn't matter and I go for price rather than high quality. Although that is changing - why put in the time on something that will not last? Even napkins don't absorb as well in cheap fabric.

They took our fabric out when they remodeled the store last year, but brought it back 4 months later. Our cutters said it was because of customer complaints. Here's your excuse, ladies! Go complain to management!

you are both silly girls!! Worked at a WA state Wal
art and fought like heck 9with my loyal customers) to keep our fabric dept. |
and I found that loyal customers did have a voice!!

Hi froggy. You are right I am silly but I said that I hoped that they would keep the fabric and beads. Hugs nannybaggs
