I bought a bunch of the little ones I am going to stack for FQ's!

I think I would go to Joanne's and get some of their throwaway bolt cardboard and cut to fit your cubbies and fold your fabric around it and then it won't fall out when you try to take out some. JMO you have a great looking room

Your fabric wall is wonderful! And your stash is my dream.

I was at the habitat for humanity re-store yesterday and found 2 (two!) office letter sorters. Solid wood, the kind that were built in the 50s. I couldn't pass those up. They have 24 pockets, which I hope will display my stash as beautifully as yours does. Someday... Someday....

What a clever idea! It's great to be able to see your stash all at once.

that looks great and you can see what you have on hand so easily

Looks good. How expensive are the crates?

I've been looking for someway of building a place for my fabrics. I know I have at least 8 large totes of fabric and it's so hard digging through them when you are searching for one piece you just have to have! I may try this with the crates if it's not to expencive. Thanks for sharing.

Great job! I am in the process of "shuffling" right now. I bought the plastic utility shelves, but this is a super idea!

Great way to organize fabric and put it "on view"! Thanks for the idea and the photos!

I bet you could put self-adhesive velcro on a piece of clear plastic and on various spots on edge of milk crates and help keep dust out, a vinyl shower curtain from the $1 store would help block light and dust.
