walking foot
 
Crash bang thump tightened the walking foot, it was loose. Crash bang crunch changed the needle, same story. AHA .... WALKING foot, not running foot. Works great now:)

Yeah! Glad it all worked out. See it wasn't you the machines' screws were loose not yours. LOL
