I'd definitely suggest the W&W if you've used white fabric. Otherwise the seam allowances will probably show through with the W&N. Not pretty!

The lady who does quilting for me prefers the warm & white versus the warm and natural, on all quilts. She says she prefers "the look" of a quilt done with white batting and lighter colors in the quilt top. I just do as she says as she has a lot more experience than I do, especially with quilting! I know she also uses black when appropriate, so she doesn't use the white on all quilts, just the light ones.

Add me to the agreement, I have used both, I would say the color is the difference.

At my fabric store they are the same except for the color.
