Hi,
Just a friendly warning. I recently bought a bag pattern from Nancy's Notions. I don't typically look at all of the pattern pages right after I buy them. This time I did because I was excited about making the handbag.
Most of the 'guts' were missing. All of the pattern templates...I emailed Nancy's Notions and they promptly sent me out a new pattern.
From now on, I'll check every one I buy - just in case.

Yes, I was very pleased. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered from them.

I bought a quilt pattern at the Houston International Quilt Festival many years ago and didn't look at it for a couple of years. Discovered it had only instructions and none of the applique drawings. Luckily I was able to contact the co. and get it fixed. Since then I take a quick look at what I buy.

It's amazing what people will steal!!!(I'm assuming someone stole the innards rather than the company screwing up). One time, in southern Cal, I started to buy some sanitary napkins. Got up to the counter and discovered it was open and one was missing!!!!

One time I bought a pattern book directly from the company and a bunch of pages were missing. So it can happen.

Nacny's has giver me perfect service each and every time, I love ordering from them.
And I was soooooooooooo star struck when I got to meet Nancy in person!! LOL and at my age too.
*I watch her show each Sat. morning and learn so much, just love her.

even patterns bought at JoAnn's or elsewhere need to be cked.

hate when this happens. i took a bom at my lqs and we used a pattern that supposedly included instructions for quilting in small sections. did not check for these instructions until the end of the year when i found that the quilting instructions were misprinted and missing info. the company replaced the pattern immediately.

the only thing i was unhappy with was the lqs. when i told them that i, and my friends who took the class, were missing instructions they just referred me to the company. i really felt that they should have taken care of this in order to help all of their customers.

sure do check all patterns now.
