I like the green but I might do the small darker blue strip and then the green and then the blue again for the binding, if you have enough fabric.

I vote for the green as well.
It's good to hear that I'm not the only one that thinks ahead to the next step while I'm working on a quilt. Once I get to borders, I'm thinking about how I want to quilt it. When I'm quilting it, I'm thinking right past the binding and on to the next project. Thanks for affirming that I'm normal after all. |
If the blue is bias tape then I would probably just save it for the binding. If it is included in the border it will probably stretch and make a rippled border.

If the bias tape isn't really thick than it could be sewn or appliquéd to the border.

The green dot border is perfect. I like how it pulls the green dot color from the center of the quilt. Lucky baby!
