how about one that stops and will automatically feed off the spool without having to rethread the machine when that bobbin runs out? |
I think these MAY be available - but not all manufacturers make them:
Commercially dyed fabrics that need no further treatment to prevent bleeding of the dye. The whole idea of having to use color catchers, retayne, synthrapol, salt, vinegar - whatever - on a commerically dyed piece of fabric annoys me A LOT! |
I'd like a hand-held scanner that will scan the fabrics I have in perfect color resolution. I could then take the scanner along in my purse for whenever I go to the fabric store. I'd scan different fabrics (say, reds) and be able to see at glance what I already have or what would coordinate with it.
Oh, the scanner would also measure my fabric without my having to unfold/unroll it. |
