Your welcome! Your welcome to share pics of your finished products here if you want. I welcome ideas. :D

I had a problem machine quilting one. The center piece was left loose and I kept catching it. I finally sewed it down with a decorative stitch. There was no sashing, so I just did a meander in the main part of the blocks letting the quilting continue from one block to the next. I did a loopy flower in the center block. I had problems with this area also because the block wasn't pressed really flat. You need to make sure your blocks are pressed as flat as possible, especially in that center intersection.

I have done a simple stipple/meander stitch and it looks good....thread color will depend on it you have printed fabric or just solid colors.....I didn't want too much of a quilting design to take away from the quilt itself....I am a "less is more" kind of girl

I've done 2 of these now and loved the look but they were a little challenging to quilt. The most helpful thing was using a walking foot. I did the first without it and it made a huge difference the second time. I just do straight stitching, haven't moved up to FMQ yet so not that skilled a quilter (skilled seamstress though). If you look at my posting history, I've labeled both posts and you can see my examples.

You might stitch the middle square of each block down like the cathedral window and make bigger diamond shapes around that, so the window stands out.
