Starting my stash from scratch again. Second time round. As I have used or given away most of my fabric.I am looking forward to purchasing. This time I am buying 1 meter minimum, 2-4 if I really like it.

Jelly rolls, fat quarters, 5" squares and all that are too limiting for me. I buy at least 2 yards of everything I like and if I REALLY like it or know it will be a hard color to find, I'll buy 5 or 6 yards.

Maybe check out fabric collections, and pick out some 1 yd cuts...they will all go nicely together. 3 from the same collection will make a nice lap quilt :D:D:D Find a fabric for the backing and binding and you will be on your way to your first quilt :D:D:D

amma, if you wanted to make a full-size quilt would you buy 9 from the same collection?

I think if you could afford it, you could buy yardage and start building your stash. God bless. Penny
