Call them. They have wonderful customer service and they will make it right.

Whatever happened with the overcharge?
5.99 here in Florida..
I checked out the web site and there is an option to pay by the year or issue
BLOCK is $5.99 if you subscribe to it. If you just order one copy you have to pay for postage if I understand things correctly.
MSQC will certainly be glad to help you. I pay $5.99 for each issue by subscription and can either cancel at any time or put the subscription on hold if I want to skip some issues.
It's only $5.99 per issue, no shipping charge. A super bargain! Call them and ask them what you were charged for. They are the only ones who can straighten it out for you.
The magazine is $5.99 so I'd question the charge for sure. The magazine is, by the way, one of the best out there. MSQ has one of the finest customer service departments anywhere, give them a call.

I just attended the International Quilt Show in Rosemont, Illinois, and was thrilled to find Jenny Doan's, her husband and one grandchild there. Jenny was signing her magazines and selling different templates. I signed up to get the magazine for a year and it went through without a problem. Yes it really is a book but to save on postage it is called a magazine. Jenny was so sweet and common. I told her husband and her how I had used the large template to make blocks for 9 quilts for the quilts of valor and they were so happy to hear this. The guild I belong to made 22 quilt tops in one day and they were given to veterans. Her husband, Jenny, and her granddaughter were wonderful. Love seeing them. They are just common people.

You are so right! I went with some friends to MSQC in Hamilton, MO last Tues with friends--a 2 hr one way road trip for us. What a wonderful way to spend the day with quilting friends and we met Jenny in her studio--she was so friendly and acted like we'd known her for some time. And ALL the staff, in all 4 MSQC stores were that way too. If you can go to Hamilton, go! |
