All you need is the special fabric from Jo-Ann's or LQS (or make your own-but a lot more involved) and an inkjet printer.

How about a "picnic quilt". Even though it's rain and umbrellas, it's such a cheery fabric. I like the idea of a tote bag, or backpack.

Look thru some coloring books and you'll find a kid in a puddle. Do a simple applique!
