Hand quilting son's t-shirt quilt, UGH. I sent it out to be LA'd but she called me and said that all she could do was the sashing and the borders. Apparently, the fusible interfacing on the back of the t-shirts blocks didn't stay fused and when she tried to quilt them on her LA, they started to slide and pucker. So I got the quilt back with the sashings and borders quilted and now I'm hand quilting the blocks. Like sewing through plywood. I don't recommend it (LOL). She didn't charge me for the quilting she did, so I can't complain about that. Needless to say, I will NEVER do another t-shirt quilt!! :|

I would love to do something quilty! I have a couple of tops needing my attention, but my sewing time will be spent transforming felted sweaters into hats and mittens for a big craft show next weekend.

I'm collecting projects for my quild retreat next week. I'm having trouble deciding which of the many UFO's to try and finish.

This morning is a fabulous Sewing Room Tour through one of my guilds. I plan on getting some awesome ideas for my own Soon-To-Be sanctuary!
I made some pillowcases for my G-nephews yesterday, and today I'll make a gorgeous one for my Mom with some pansy fabric she fell in love with. I've got 2 more sides to do on the borders of a New Wedding Ring quilt made with Asian fabrics. I started it in Pam Munns' class a couple weeks ago. I'll post pics when it's done, it's coming out nicely!
LucyMae, do you have a pattern that you could share for the adult bibs please? My dad could sure use them...

Making small items for the church bazaar. HELP----DO YOU THINK I SHOULD INCLUDE A NOTE ON THE POT HOLDERS saying not to put in microwave due to padding of insul-bright? Doesn't seem like anyone would, but guess you never know.

Hopefully will finish tying a queen size for my daughter. She didn't want it quilted, just tied. My fingers sure are sore.

Making a table topper for my 94 yr old Mom - who still lives on her own! Doing my own design; which probably wasn't the best idea as I don't think well enough to think ahead!! Have a little ripping to do this a.m. :-(
