I love love love this pattern and it is on my bucket list when I get to be good enough. Right now it is a bit beyond my piecing capabilities. LOL
i saw this quilt last month when I was in Alaska and it is absolutely breath taking.

Nope, not allowed. Each has to have its own due to "trade mark" I think (something legal anyway).

Yes, my understanding is that Moda uses the names Jelly Roll, Layer Cake, Honey Bun, etc. Other companies have to come up with their own names. Be super careful to read tags and labels when buying pre-cuts. For example, a standard "Jelly Roll" has 40-42 strips, while a "Design Roll" has about 20. Huge difference!

yes, I learned the hard way regarding Jelly Rolls. I recently made my first jelly roll strip and wondered why it was so small. The roll only had 20 strips. Luckily, the store had one remaining Jelly Roll of my fabrics.
