I would cut strips (same width as the individual stripe), then re-assemble
into an Amish-like "Trip Around the World". You could do one big project
or individual 12" or so square blocks, and border them with black
sashings/outer border.
That is a good idea. You could also use it as a border as others have suggested, and you could make the sawtooth triangles for the border. You could probably make triangles out of the strips cut the same width (as the stripe) and lay another square on top and sew through the middle diagonal, cut apart. I would probably use black as a rest for the eyes, but I am partial to black.
The stripe especially would be great for borders. You could cut the strips the width of the stripe, or you could also cut the stripes individually, and use it as a border. Any of the quilts that are strippies would probably work. Just remember to add the extra 1/2 inch to the cuts for your seams.

I had some of that striped fabric and made my grandson a paper-pieced quilt featuring hot air balloons.

Both would be great to use in kids quilts.

I don't know if you do any applique, but I'd applique clowns and use those fabrics to coordinate.

LOL I had those fabrics and the dots that went with them. I made my clown costume dress out of them and it turned out great. I'd make a VERY happy quilt with them.

I've used that stripe as a backing for a child's quilt.
