I like what the others have said. Try to put the care instructions somewhere else though or maybe just tell the parents :)

I put something like this. I try and give my quilts a name. It may have something to do with the fabric. For example I made a quilt with fish on it and named it....

Here Fishy, Fishy
Made special for Baby Smith by Jane Jones ( I put the babies name if you know it)
September 14,2010 (date baby was born)
