I bought my own carpenter's "L" for squaring up. That way I know it is always clean.

Mine is 12 1/2 too but I don't use it much. I use the 6 1/2" the most.

22" is my biggest and is great for squaring up the quilt top, especially the corners, before binding.

My largest is 22 :) My favorite is the 6 1/2 I seem to use it all the time :)

Hi to all, My biggest ruler is a 20 x20. I can't say I use it alot, but when you something larger -it is great
