My miters hardly show at all, and I totally lost that illusion of the light and shadow coming together in the corners.
Oh, man, the fog is with me lately. Yesterday I sewed the borders of this beach quilt to the Calendar Quilt I am making for a wedding gift. LOL. Now I reallyyyyyyy get to play with my frogger, not that it ever goes unattended for long. Mary |
I noticed the mitered corners but I thought that 3 colors were suppose to be used and then I figured it had to be that you didn't miter the corners on the bottom left and top right. Rest of quilt is very nice. Like the fabric too.

I must be really blind. What's wrong with it?

That lovely center panel was a kind donation from one of our generous board members ! :D

guess i am blind too thanks for pointing it out to us maybe i need my glasses changed or maybe a new brain

Gosh, maybe I'll just leave it that way. If it doesn't look that wierd to everyone else, I guess I can live with it. LOL.. I'll be thinking about that while I finish ripping off the wrong borders from the wedding quilt. LOLOL..... life is always an adventure when you are me!

Which one of these things is not like the others? The purse and accessory fabric at the bottom.
|
LOL, guess either I leave it or totally redo the whole thing cuz I am out of the fabric I used for the lighter side. Not more than an 2"x3" scrap left. Arghhhhhhh....... frustration!! I am going around shaking it in case there are ripe spores to fall off and grow me some more of it. ;)
Thinking applique now... so you know I am at the edge of my limits. |
please post when finished... I am a novice and thus it looks good to me

I never would have noticed. It's beautiful just the way it is.
