Darn, that's a bummer...but enjoy The British Baking Show. It's one of my favorites

I've done that. Hand stitched it in place and put the rod poket over the top. The quilting was beautiful on the front.

my sympathy! I just discovered a pleat but only had 3 rows done.

I hope the day gets better for you after all that ripping! I would watch the show and eat about a dozen cookies too!

granky 04-20-2020 02:15 PM

My heart is bleeding for you...such a beautiful quilt! Wish I could help you rip...I sure have plenty of practice!

RedGarnet222 04-20-2020 03:24 PM

Been there and hated the rip out. But, the quilt is so pretty you just have to do it, Watson. Just think of something other than what you are doing while ripping. Maybe put a favorite movie on?

Sorry that you had this happen. I've had it happen to me also, and I'm pretty sure you're not alone, just too bad you have to do soooo much ripping, but, you can do it.

GEMRM 04-20-2020 04:29 PM

Well! That's a bummer to say the least!

LAF2019 04-20-2020 05:16 PM

aw, bummer. too bad the pleat didn't match up with the spine of the feather. you could've gotten away with that! nice ob on the feathers though
