Hi Aully,
I also live in Calgary. I have been buying fabric and batting from Fabricdepot.com. They are in Portland, Oregeon and they not only ship, we don't pay taxes or duty on the stuff. It usually takes about ten days to receive your goods. |
JoAnn's with a coupon.
This Sunday- September 26, 2010 Joann Fabrics has Warm & Natural Batting Queen size in pkg for $9.99 ea. It is regularly 24.99 ea.
There are daily doorbusters all week at Joann's I will post them in the main area. |
I like Fabric.com and I found some good prices at JoAnn's this week.
you could try jo ann fabric online when you have a 40 % coupon to use
I purchase mine at http://tristan.bc.ca/cart/home.php, its a canadian site and they are reasonably priced... I just ordered a whole bolt of Legacy Natural Blend 80/20 with scrim....I have to say that it is equal to Warm and Natural as Warm and Natural is usually all I ever use.
Oh as far as I understand, Joann's doesn't ship to Canada |
Everything has gone up in price.
I have gotten great buys on batting but can't recall if it's www.fabric.com or www.fabricdepot.com Sorry. And I don't know about your other qualifiers at those sites.
Last year I bougt a whole bolt of warm and natural with some of my tax return, and a half off coupon at JoAnns ,online. I still have a lot,and I will watch for that again...
I also use quiltedmemoriesllc.com. Lyn, the owner, is very helpful and will reply to your e-mails usually within a few hours. Her prices are incredible and shipping is a fair price.
