yes, but you do change it. It still cut. Now I heard if you turn it around and use the other side it will cut a little longer. Why not they are kinda expensive.

I'm one of those... It seems like it has to hit me over the head with a brick before I realize that it isn't cutting nicely.. DOH!

Nope, I have one that should be replaced right now, but haven't done it yet. also, I tend to wait on changing needles in my sewing machine until I start having thread issues, as well.

I put it off as long as possible. The new blades are expensive and I want to get as much from a blade as I possible can.
