could you post a larger picture of your avatar? It's beautiful.

...when you say you are a quilt addict, you have lots of nice, friendly, loving enablers happy to help you grow your stash.

Quilitng friends are a whole LOT more interesting than drugged friends.

She did a couple of weeks ago but I can't remember what the thread was called. You're right, it IS beautiful. It's her own design if I remember correctly. Try pm-ing her and perhaps she can tell you how to find it.

Because quilting feeds your soul

You don't have to waste money going to a center for quilting addiction rehab.

Hey guys,
I am a Nurse Practitioner. Guess what .... I've actually written prescriptions for exercise and hobbies. I don't have to worry about drug interactions or drug side effects. Addiction [to quilting] is something else.

Alikat, does that mean I can get a tax credit for quilting? If so, you could probably open a private practice from just new patients here!

I tried to convince my 14 yr old who has anxiety and panic attacks that quilting would greatly reduce his anxiety but he didn't go for it. But I believe it is true, quilting and chocolate.

I do have panic and anxiety attacks and when I am bothered by something and feel an episode coming I can come into my quilting room and start quilting on soomething and it averts the episode every single time. Don't need no stinkin' valium with quilting around. Just a tall cold glass of milk.
