I love the colors just as they are and think it would look great with a border. Please post again when you finish!

One of the bright such as the red or the yellow would be nice inside accent border if it coordinated with what you will use for your outside border. Unless something bothers you, it seems fine to me. I see simple diagonal lines for the quilting. GOOD LUCK!!

I totally agree with this statement. I have learned over the years that opinions are great but there are also many of them so arrange it to suit you and go for it. It looks great to me.'

Congratulations on making a pretty quilt top. I, too, like a narrow border and then a wider one. I am sure you will come up with the perfect placement.

I think it's great. I agree with a narrow border and a wider one. No thoughts on colors though.

Beautiful colors and great-looking quilt..........will be so pretty when finished. I also agree with a narrow border and a wider one.

Quilts never look "finished" to me without some kind of border.

My junior high school art teacher [that was many years ago -- right after God invented dirt!!!] said that no great work of art was complete with a frame. A border on a well-done quilt just seems to finish it off.

I think it looks great. It is your quilt and if you like it, go for it.

When laying out a quilt you need to just go for it, stand back and see if there are colors that do not look good next to each other. I try to find a block that stands out then the others and make sure they are far apart from each other and spaced around the quilt. You will go crazy if you try to do it perfectly!
