I like #2 because the pattern in #1 is too pronounced. Also, the pale blue makes it pop as others have said. JMHO

I have to chime in here and say I like the second one best since it does pop your block rather than blend.

I like #2 best as (IMO) will make the pattern move. The first one is nice too, but I like brighter with more movement in my quilts. You are still going to have a problem deciding as so many votes for both. Good luck on what you decide. Either one will make an awesome quilt.
