Okay....you've got to stop this....the first post was funny enough. Then I read up to this part of your post......sides hurting from laughing so much....husband asking whats so funny about quilting....still laughing!!!!

Okay the first time I did it that I didn't mean to. Then my ex asked me to make him a quilt. I quilted body parts all over that thing. Nobody but me has noticed them. If the back print is very busy, no one will notice. I still get warm fuzzys everytime I think about that quilt.

Can this be prevented by keeping the mind from wandering when meandering?

Maybe some loopy-loops with FIG LEAVES would cover up the body parts.

I blush to say it, but this happened on one of my practice pieces. Thank goodness it was ONLY a practice piece... I now am really good at loopy-loops with leaves!

HEHE...I needed that laugh!!..but on the serious side I have a friend in mind I would love to do this for--her Over the Hill birthday!! Only handquilted so far, but may have to learn FMQ!!

:D This entire thread is hysterically funny! Thanks, you guys! You all have great senses of humor! Hmmm... Now I'm wondering if I've ever meandered a body part...

This thread just started my day with a laugh and a stupid grin. I barely managed not to spit out my morning Diet Dr. Pepper. The meandering itself is funny, then the shrinkage comment, and then the quilt for the ex and other comments. I never thought about covert designs. It gives me a whole new perspective.

Been there-done that- did NOT pick it out! Most people would not even notice- especially after washing!

So funny. I may never meander again.

Got a good belly-laugh out of this one. Agree!
