If you're short of fabric to fill it, I'll be glad to send you some!

How very very sweet of you! I'm OK ... I don't have as large a stash as I once did (another whole long story), but it is bulding back up probably faster than it should! LOL But you are so kind to offer!

Hey Twinkie & Linda - I am in Calera, which is about 30 miles south of B'ham! I so love Alabama! Great seasons, 4 hours or less to beautiful mountains, 4 hours to the most beautiful beaches! And the people are the best in the world! Nowhere else on earth I'd rather be!

That is what I have around half my sewing room and have tubs that stack 2 high they work great

sherian 11-19-2011 03:53 PM

I have something almost like it, I put white plastic tubs with grey pull handle. They come in so many sizes.
Then you don't have to worry about fabric getting all wrinlked and unsitely. They pull out and in easy or pull out and
sit on desk to go through. I also put zip ties on the corners to make sure they stay together well.
Good luck finding the right way for you.

I would wrap lengths of fabric on cardboard "bolts" like at fabric stores but shorter versions and line them up in the rack. You have 3 shelves that are VERY easy to see. You also would have them standing upright so they won't get all messed up when you move one from the rack. Also makes a nice and very colorful display in the sewing room. Just a thought! Good luck and great find for the price!
