You're friend, Brett |
wow..if you don't have time to quilt any more, maybe you should have kept those for gifts next year!
Good for you! It must be nice to work in a place where you can display and sell your work!

Wonderful for you! Work lots to get lots of money to get lots of fabric to get lots of time off...phew, say that all at once :)

Congrats on the sale of your quilts.

I know exactly what you mean about not having time to quilt. I also work 2 jobs and sewing at all is near impossible. I'm so glad I no longer have children at home as I have to keep my things set as I leave them so I can just come back in and pick up where I left off. I have a sewing studio that is not yet set up and boxes of fabric that still have not been unpacked so for the time being my machine is set up on a desk in my kitchen so when I walk by I sew for a little while before I go to sleep and sometimes when I first wake up. I've been doing this for 2 years but I sure hope it will not have to go on much longer. I love this board so much but don't get to check this out much either
Awesome. Love the quilt in your avatar. :)
That's terrific! So nice to know your work is appreciated! Good luck in your 2 jobs!
Katie I am glad there is someone else out there who can't find that much time to quilt. I just need to find a balance. There are days that I am so tired from working I just can't sew. But I am going to try and budget my time better. I wish you the best.
"Thank you" to all of you out there for your supportive comments! You're the best! |
Don't worry you will find time to quilt, even if it is early in the morning or late at night...would be great if you could adjust your work scheduals (sp?) to have a day to yourself in the middle of the week, your creative day !!!
congradulations!!!!
thats great congrats
Good for you!
Happy Dance Time. YAHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! nothing better than when a quilt sells and you feel that people like your work.

MrsM, you don't have 2 job you have THREE. Way to go.
Wonderful. Shows how good you really are!
P. S. How did you arrive at a price. I never know how to judge that and I had cost accounting in college! |
