You all make my bad days seem not so bad.........now! ;)

You start giving into temptation. "I can just do a little bit more." or "that's good enough". You know you'll be reverse stitching that tomorrow, in the light of day!

When you rip out a whole section, and then realize it was fine--you really wanted to work on the one NEXT to it.

Or chain-piecing 15 pairs of squares (4 1/2") with no thread in the needle. Don't ask:o

When you have only one more row of blocks to sew together for your quilt and realize you cut the last set 1/4 inch too small. No more fabric in the stash or LQS! Last time I sew blocks/rows together without squaring up ALL the blocks before joining them instead of squaring up a row at a time...

I am not a quilter exclusively and am usually in a hurry ergo I have made similar mistakes more often than I can count. Sorry that happened I thought I was the only person on the planet who did that. We all get distracted. I just buy more fabric and move on.

Time to quit?? How about the days you just shouldn't make the effort. When you spend more time with the seam ripper than the sewing machine? Anybody had any of those days????

If you are losing things, cutting wrong, sewing without thread in bobbin, etc. it's definitely time for a break, a loooong break to regroup.
