Just had to share a moment from our day.

It's Beth's birthday, and we had just finished singing "Happy Birthday" to her and we were in the back room eating our birthday pie. (Yes, pie: apple crumb or blueberry... or a slice of both.)

Just then a customer came in, and after a brief discussion of who was going to interrupt their pie to wait on her, we decided to just go ahead and invite her to join the party!

Which she did, and told us about the plans she had for the Girl Scout fabric that she'd come for.

So... what can't you get at the chain stores? A birthday party and refreshments! :lol:

(She wanted to know whose birthday was next!)

Now that's customer service!!! :thumbup:

Well... yes it was homemade, and there were a couple of slices left, but my daughter and three friends just stopped in on their way home from school.

So much for the pie.

They made a dent in the chocolate box too. :wink:

(Yes we do allow customers to raid the candy stash.)

You have a real location that I could visit? I thought you were just an online vendor. I get to your area a few times a year and my aunt and I hit every shop around. We will have to visit you next time.
