Question about a Karen Stone Quilt pattern

Question about a Karen Stone Quilt pattern
I just received a Karen Stone quilt pattern with foundation papers in the mail and am wondering if I've been cheated. If anyone has purchased a pattern of hers can you tell me if the foundation papers were printed on regular white printer paper or the thinner newsprint type of paper? (like Carol Doak's brand)
This pattern with foundation papers were sold as NEW on ebay but I don't want to write to the seller and complain without knowing for sure what I should have received. The lines on the foundation paper are not very good quality and the instructions also look like they may have been xeroxed(?)...this would be copyright infringement, yes?
Thank you for your help.

Sorry, have never purchased one of her patterns so can't help you out. But if the pattern and papers were copied then yes it would be a copyright infringement.

Ok, someone corect me if I'm wrong, but I tried googled her patterns, and I wasn't able to find a pattern that is sold as per one pattern. I only found books with patterns in them. There is books and software for her patterns as per Electric Quilt site and Patchwork.com sites....hum makes a person wonder about the copyright aspect. You may want to check this site out http://electricquilt.com/online-shop...e-more-quilts/ or the ebay site I found http://www.ebay.com/sch/sis.html?_kw...terns+NEW+BOOK
Also which pattern did you purchase?
