can she provide a certificate of authenticity?

do some google research first to get a rough idea of what genuine feed & flour sacks go for.

Ive bought 'whole' bags for anywhere $1-$6 depending on the condition.. I wont buy 'pieces' unless real cheap, I cant tell if they are authentic or not without the string holes...

If they are really vintage, that is a good price, considering what they are selling for now.
