    WOW that is a beautiful basket the best I've seen so far. If I would have won that I know that I would be doing some serious sewing with the biggest smile on my face. Ticket please......:)

    Thanks for the great comments. The blue and white fabric is a 1930's from a LQS. It comes in other colors too. Yes a non quilter/sewer could win it if they "bid" on it. It is for a fund-raiser in Liberty, Illinois. Very small town. Hope this answers all your questions. Glad for all the feed back.
