I have a bazillion but here are three:

    Modern Dresden Plate

    A circle quilt
STORM AT SEA---------I have the fabric.
Carpenter's wheel (or star or whichever)
And for a church raffle the COUNTRY LANES Eleanor Burns had a couple weeks ago.

Changed from the last time I answered this question.

A quilt out of John Deere fabric for my Dad. Due to cancer (mutiple myeloma) my Dad now lives in assisted living. I'm thinking of fussy cutting the tractors and making a snowball block. He actually owned one of the tractors in the fabric.

Oooo! I'm looking for a large compass now. I have fabric all bought for one, but when I started going through the pattern I decided I want a different, more challenging one. Lol.
