Quilt design paper.jpg

Do they make a quilt design paper in a .jpg file that you can fill in on the computer?

You mean coloring page? If you type "quilt coloring page" in google with the name of the pattern you should find it (if it's available). Sometimes I make my own using Gimp.

What I'm wanting, is a file that we can use in "paint" so we can design on the computer. m I've printed out some that are .pdf.

If you are using "Paint" use the "Save as" option and click on the "Save as" option and you will see "Save as type" and there are loads of options including "jpg" Hope this helps.
