I have this program and Love it I have designed two quilts that I am making and found it to be a great way to try different colors and values of fabrics. Even if they don't thave the exact match for fabric in the program you can come pretty close. I am really enjoying mine and somedays it is fun just to play with it and see what you get rotating and such. Very user friendly the directions are good and it gives you a choice of quilt sizes, block sizes sash or not, yardage, cutting directions and sewing directions. I sure liek mine for the price.

I've got it too and use it a lot for simple block designs - the rotate and flip options are great and there's a 'magic' button where it does all kids of crazy layouts!

One word about the yardage - it tells you waaaayyyy too much so unless you want to enhance your stash, I'd double check the old fashioned way. I used it to design the door quilt I'm making and when i worked out yardage on paper, (and checked and double checked the maths!) I discovered the program told me twice as much as I actually needed!
