Quilt Magician software

I am trying to get the 2019 quilt Magician software update for my Tin Lizzie esp quilting machine.
There was a glitch in the 2018 software and maintenance tech said it was ok.

Were you able to get your update? I am in need of a new SD card as I somehow deleted the directory and now my quilt magician doesn't work. Would love to know who you got to help you out.
