I know how to make one but do not know how to write to be understandable but really very easy and when we made them they were east to wash and dry as each puff or biscuit was stuffed with old panty hose and a pattern for the raggedy ann doll was used that was when kids loved raggedy ann each biscuit was stitched around turned and stuffed and hand stitched together

I made a biscuit (puff) quilt that just barely hangs over the edge of a standard size bed. It is a JOB to wash it. HEAVY. But it sure is warm when electricity goes off and you need something warm over you.

I remember, years ago, some one suggested in a quilt magazine that the puffs should be stuffed with chopped nylon stockings in order to dry more quickly.
