Default Quilt Shops in Arkansas?

I will be traveling from Memphis to Bryant AR (just east of Little Rock) to a conference next week. After the conference I will have some time to fabric shop. Can anyone recommend good places to buy fabric in or around Little Rock?

Thanks much in advance!

Marshall Dry Goods is North of Little Rock. Phone 870-793-2405. They have a internet fabric store. http://www.marshalldrygoods.com/ If you have the time, this is a "do not miss" place, My sister and her friends go in a van and load it up. You could go up hwy 67, then North on 167 and when leaving take 167 until you hit 64. I think that takes you into Memphis. Hope you get to go...

Pinwheels Fabrics is in Bryant on Hwy 5. http://www.pinwheelfabrics.com/ Very nice shop. Take exit 126 off 30 You drive down Hwy 5 thinking there can't be a quilt shop here but then there it is, a nice big converted house on the left, watch for the sign.

I would stop at Marshall's first and then back again on my way home. http://www.marshalldrygoodswholesale.com/

If you ask to buy an unopened bolt you get a big discount, they are in the back on the shelves and you can browse. But you can't buy bolts on Saturday, the reps are not there. I don't know of any quilt shops from Marshall's to Pinwheel.

Little Rock has several machine dealers that sell fabric and notions but no big quilt shops.

Marshall's Dry Good is not on your route. But if you can add a 2.5 hr. or longer detour up to Batesville, you would be glad you did.

Thanks, everyone. I do know about Marshall's and have been there recently. Wonderful place! I was hoping there were other big fabric places in/around Little Rock but there doesn't seem to be. Thanks for the recommendation of Pinwheel Fabrics. May check them out while I'm there.
