Default Quilt shops in Houston, TX?

I will be visiting Houston, TX in a couple of weeks and wanted to check with you all (y'all, since I'm going to Texas :-)) which quilt shops are must-see? I will be staying in Willis, north of Houston but am more than willing to put some mileage on my rental for a great quilt shop so please share your favorites.

Are you talking about GRS, Holice? It's in Spring, Texas. It is wonderful. Kinda messy, but well worth it. They carry exclusively Moda fabrics. At least they have for years, haven't been over there in a year or so. Kinda glad because when I make the trip over there, I spend entirely too much $$$$$.

MiaA I live on the other side of Houston but here are a few shops you might try. The Hen House, 5701 Louetta Road Suite 200, Spring TX; It's a Stitch 5050 FM 1960, Houston; and GRS Creations, 203 Main Street in Old Town Spring. Hope you enjoy your visit!

Quiltworks is off of 290 and there is Quilters Crossing in Tomball, just a wee bit outside of Houston but not too far also in Katy there is Quilt-N-Sew-not in Houston but a nice shop. I hope you enjoy your visit

Two shops fairly close to Willis: Quilter's Quarters in Conroe and Quakertown in The Woodlands, both relatively small, but nice. In addition there is a one in Tomball called Quilters Crossing. If I could go to just two in the area I would go to It's a Stitch on Hwy. 1960 in Humble and Painted Pony, in LaPorte. However there are a number of other nice ones in the area. The Googling idea is a good one. Enjoy your visit.

Painted Pony and It's a Stitch are my 'go to' stores, too. I'm slap dab in the middle of both of them.

Last fall I was in the Houston area with my husband. I found a real nice shop, Quilter's Emporium at 11581 South Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX. The customer service was great at this shop. Not sure if this is near where you will be.

Quilter's Club of America has an app for a quilt shop locator. Just google......quilters club of America app. You can get it for your phone, iPad, etc. Sure comes in handy!
