You might try Google by enter "quilt shops" along with the name to see what would be close by.

I would try RYCO. It is in Lincoln,RI, which is 10 mins from Providence. You would need a GPS to find it. It is off road behind old factory buildings. There is always Joann's and Hobby Lobby. I know there is a couple of shops in Cape Cod which is not far from Fairhaven. Never been to these. Don't forget that if you look up quilt shops that everything is close by due to our size. Don't forget to look up coupons. Start getting Ryco's newsletter because it has a discount coupon. Ryco has large selection of band name fabric and a discount section.

It only takes 60 minutes to go from CT border to MA border on I95 so anywhere off of there is close by. Have fun!!!!

Don't know how long you will be in this area but a nice day trip would be KEEPSAKE QUILTING in NH. If you are here near the end of SEPT the leaves will be turning colors and a trip to NH would be lovely. I would do that trip on a weekend so you don't hit the Boston traffic.

If you go on the row by row map it will show all participating shops and there are sure to be some near where you will be. It is a great way to find the shops even if you aren't "rowing".
