Its an innovative spin on a traditional pattern....Very nice indeed! Id say it belongs in the innovative catagory.

Awesome quilt, good luck in the show. Unfortunately I don't know enough about designs, but even with my limited knowledge I concur with the board members, innovative. I think of traditional more of a pattern with a common setting, like those designs that have a name or even many names.
