Default Quilt trends magazine

I paid for a new subscription and the company has filed bankruptcy. Probably had filed when they cashed my check. Anyone have any luck getting your subscription money back?

I had just subscribed to Quilt It Today when they went out of business. I have tried to call and written letters with no results. I hope your luck is better than mine on getting your money back.

It's gotten to where we are afraid to take out any subscriptions to any of the quilt/craft magazines. It's so unfair that we can't get any money back. I had Sew it Today and lost the last magazine or two.

Guess I'll only take out one year subscriptions from now on. Or maybe let them all lapse and just start re-reading the magazines I already have!

Just curious, how were you able to subscribe if they are bankrupt? Do they still have an active website?

I noticed at the store how many fewer quilting magazines there are. I think several have gone out of business. I, too, had renewed some subscriptions and lot the money.

There is a process for reclaiming your $ if your payment was received within xxx days of their filing. If they truly filed for bankruptcy, and didn't just close their doors, look into the process for filing the claim. It should only take a few minutes and you cannot be repaid if you don't file.
