some people like the "cotton theory" quilting technique for qayg---some like the Elenor Burns (6-HOur quilt) technique...either way works- one is a bit more work than the other (hense the 6-hour claim- and i made my first one in about 2 hours)the other technique took longer- but a totally different finished product.
