    Default My Favorite Quilting Accessory

    Hi,

I thought I’d share a picture of my new favorite quiltingaccessory. It’s called a Sip &Snip. It clamps onto my sewing table andholds my drink and it also has a trash bag on it.I like it because the drink holder is bigenough to hold anything and it has wire sides to keep it there…plus it has acut out for a mug handle! Here’s a picof the box:

It would be great for those who like a beverage while they sew. My beverage of choice is hot tea but I get to into my sewing and it gets cold.

Great idea. I spilled iced tea on my plastic thread cases. Sticky.

I must admit it took me a few days to get used to it. But, now I love it. My DH gave me a cubbie thingy to hold all my notions so I'm used to putting my notions away in it.

I gave my Secret Pal one of these last year. She loves it. She goes to a lot of workshops and retreats and always has a drink on her table. This keeps the drink out of the way if you use the bag or not. I have an older one that just holds the drink. It sure is handy to keep my drink out of my way.

And here I was expecting to see a bottle of wine and some scissors - probably not the best combination. LOL
Pretty cool gadget I have one similar and love it. Especially handy to take on retreats or to class.
