I honestly loved the system when I saw it. I have not purchased it a little too much for me right now. I have heard from others on the baard that it takes a little getting used to but they LOVE it.

I've had mine for almost 15 years. I absolutely love it. The reason you are probably getting a dip is that when you fold your fabric your folds aren't even. When I first started sewing I tried to even up the fabric using the selvage edge..you know how fabric grain can be slightly off. If you hold your fabric up and let the fold hang straight without a wobble you will loose that dip in the cut. Hope that helps.

I wouldn't be without mine. My favorite thing about it is that I never waste fabric because of crooked strips. The fabric grips work great to hold fabric tight. I can cut a Bargello quilt in less than 1 hr, saving a lot of time. I have arthritis in both hands and it keeps my hands from crampig from holding the ruler.

I love mine and would not be without it. I love knowing that cuts will be straight and even.
The manufacturer makes a quality product. I've used their mat cutters for my photography for ages and ages without any problems.
