I received my August/September issue of Quilting Arts in the mail yesterday. The first article contains instructions by Maria Elkins for making an awesome quilted color wheel wall hanging and learning color concept as you make it. I had ordered the color wheel poster by Joen Wolfrom as discussed on this board a couple of months ago. But, I like this one better as it is a learn as you go project and you are given permission to shop for solid fabrics if you are lacking :thumbup: them in your stash. I feel that this a project that could be modified creatively. Wish I could post a picture but was unsure about copyright issues.

I saw it too, and really like it. Too bad they aren't offering it in a kit, I don't buy fabrics in those colors too often, LOL
