Cam Flower

I was browsing the internet and saw a beautiful quilted color wheel. It was a large hand quilting hoop and the quilt was different colors/hues/ etc. quilted to form a fabric color wheel. Now I would like to make it and can't find it. Has anyone seen it?

the tutorial was in Quilters world magazine 2 or 3 issues ago. I missed getting the issue too.
