    Quilting Quickly Magazine question ?

Is this magazine available in stores or only from the Missouri Star Quilts Company? If so, WHERE? It is a Fons and Porter/Jenny Doan publication, i believe.... Thanks in advance!

I just received my copy from MSQC and it is a nice magazine.
I would think you could find it at your local QS.

You might check your local Barnes & Noble. Joann's annoys me with their coupon shenanigans, and the supermarkets rotate the titles so they don't always carry the same magazine from month to month. I like B&N because you can oftentimes find 40% coupons on the internet to print out (and YES, you're allowed to use them on magazines!), and they carry magazines that are hard to find, such as Australian Patchwork & Quilting, New Zealand Quilter, Quilt Mania, etc.

I downloaded the digital copy from Fons&Porter, $9.99. I like doing this....I can print out the pdf pages and look through it on my pc or laptop. Hard for me to get out and about to search for mags so digital works for me!

I downloaded the digital and my DD saw it at Barns and Nobels and bought me a copy. I have already ordered a quilt kit from the the magazine, the one on page 15 for my DD. She really liked it, colors and all.
    Got fabric?

I got mine from Fons & Porter; but saw it at my grocery store after I had placed my order. I love the magazine as I had planned to make several of the quilts after watching the YouTube videos. I like having written instructions. Also, I am a huge Jenny Doan fan.

Bought mine at Walmart last week because I wanted to read the story behind her quilt shop. All of the quilts are on video from the MSQC but it is still nice to have them on paper.

The best was the article about the family and how they came to start the business.

I got mine at Walmart. I really enjoyed the article and pictures of Jenny's family. I love her videos and she is so personable. The fabric isn't bad either!!!

I got mine at Joanns. I had heard about it here on the board and by chance I found it! I will say that I ordered the kit on pg. 11 and the day I ordered the daily deal was the binding tool for 2.77! NOT BAD! I have one already but I'm always looking for it! I must say that I ordered it on a friday and just got in the mail today. They even hand write their thank yous on the invoice. Great service and look forward to more of their mags!

Our local Janns doesn't carry it and neither did Barnes & Noble , but found it at our local grocery store and have already made two of the quilts in there. The Valentine table runner and Sunny Skies quilt.

Kmart has it, so does Walmart. My local quilt shop has it, also.

I used my points at MSQCo to help pay for my copy. It is a great help as all the measurements and yardage quantities are printed for each design. Go to MSQCo and locate the kits, choose one, and then click on the tutorial. Do support the company that gave ideas to the magazine. It makes a big difference to them. The Googlies Kit is no longer available. I bought a different kit at what I think is a good fair price, less than purchasing each item singly.
