Its run by Amish or Mennonite (I forgot) women. It's in an area called Kitchen Kettle Village. There are TONS of quilt shops/fabric stores off the interstate you take to get to Kitchen Kettle Village.

Kettle Kitchen is in Intercourse PA - head down the road into Intercourse and go to the Old Country Store and the quilt museum there. They have good prices and finished quilts for sale. Zooks is right there too.

But don't get lost because it can be very confusing in Lancaster area when you venture off the main roads! Especially at night. Ask me how I know!
