Default Quilts and Quilts, Branson, MO

While shopping my way to Houston, I stopped at Q&Q. Awesome store that I had visited once previously. I bought some fabric and thought I had left it in another shop while shopping for coordinating fabric. Long story short, called the store on Saturday, November 8. They were frantically busy and assured me that someone would get back to me. I knew they would be busy on a weekend, but afraid that it would get away as I didn't recall that much left on the bolt. A nice lady named Julie called at least twice that day, sent a picture via the phone, and I confirmed it was the fabric. Apologetically, she said that it would probably be mailed out on Monday. No problem, other projects in the queue but I wanted to have the material when the project gets to the head of the line. Assured her next week or longer would be fine. Went to the mailbox and the fabric was in it TODAY the tenth and yesterday was Sunday. I had ordered from two other places last week on Wednesday and Thursday and no fabric in sight from those places. So to the good ladies of Q&Q of Branson, MO you will have my business again and again. Wonderful, proompt service and so helpful! If you are going through Branson, stop in and see the beautiful projects and fabric. Not related, not getting a kickback, just appreciative.

that's a great story!! I needed that after the air duct cleaning man tried to make me pay $349.00 on a $79.00 quoted job. Grrrrr.

Yes, it is a great store. I have not been to it since they moved to their new location following the tornado that tore through their shop on "The Strip" several years ago.

Such a good story. So glad you got your fabric. There are some fine people left. Right?

Oh goody. We have a trip in the planning stages--to Branson the first week of December--a foursome, my sister, her BF, and DH and I. We'll definitely have this place on our list of places to check out. Tell me more, and how do we find it? She is a quilter; she has a better eye for color than I do, but I sew faster and better than she does. Haha.

Maybe Quilter 65 can tell you better. I have not been to the new store personally, but have been told that it is right next door to the I-MAX Theater. Hope that helps.

Yes, it is next to the IMAX theater. It is located at 3506 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. It is on the right side of the road going westerly. I missed it the first time three years ago and had to circle back. But this time, I got it right. I think the sign says "A quilt show every day" or something like that. Nice benches in the front for the hubbies. Oldnquiltlady, they say the Christmas lights are just spectacular and they were putting up decorations when we were there. Have fun and be safe.
