Thumbs up Rail fence with a difference

I have seen quilts with bright coloured rectangles looking as if they weave under and over each other and with a border of black. A quilter ,who to me her picture looks like a nun or a lady with a white headband., got up early and made this quilt. Sorry I have looked everywhere but can't find it. Could someone help me or the lady herself?
Thank you very much.

Maybe you are referring to Belfrybat. Here is a link to her profile.
From her profile page you can access her latest posts and latest threads that she started. You can also send her a private message.
Hope this helps.

Do not know what the name is however this is the quilt I did for my niece - all that I did was take a rectangle and added 2" strips to each side to make a perfect square. Then I arranged it the way I wanted. super easy.
